Shrini Pillalamarri brings with him more than 16 years of IT Service industry experience in Australia & India with specialization in Management, QA, & Finance. His core competence lies in planning, coordinating and implementing the Quality Systems, Processes and Technologies.

He has served for more than a decade in renowned Fortune 500 companies that include UNISYS, BAYCORP, ABC CORP, Woolworths, and Bell Group where he provided systems engineering services such as Project governance in QA

Further, he was also a Managing Director & CEO for a Indian based IT Company, before taking charge as Managing Director of the Grapesoft, he has experience in handling large to complex projects.

Shrini has also authored a book on ‘Real Time Software Testing’ and is also the host of a popular show on television called ‘Meet the CEO’. He has designed a concept of Jobs which is being advertised on television as “JOB POINT” which has become a successfully watched show. Shrini also started an NGO – ‘Gemini Academy’ to provide skills & employability trainings to the poor and down trodden.

Shrini has a PhD in IT Management, MS, MBA (TBC) and Bachelors in Computer Engineering. A tea-lover at heart, Shrini, in his free time loves listening to old songs & watching cricket and movies with his family.

Ch.Venkateshwar has an experience of more than 11 years as QA Tester in Manual and Automation testing. He has immense knowledge on the automation testing tools and has worked on Mercury Interactive Test suite (Quick Test Professional 9.5 and Quality Center 9.2 – BPT(Business Process Testing)) and also has some knowledge of Development and worked as a Software developer in VB 6.0 for more than one Year.

To his credit he holds the Certifications for HP-QTP,HP-QC,ISEB ISTQB Foundation and Internal Audit from INFOTECH ENTERPRISES LTD.

He has Experience in using Web Performance Trainer (WPT) a Performance Testing tool, Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies and Validations to ensure the Quality Assurance Control. And also has a wide exposure in Implementing quality concepts like ISO, CMMI and ACE, SQA concepts in SDLC phases.

Ch. Venkateshwar holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Osmania University, India.

Venkat is the Vice President Consultancy Services for USA and Canada. He has over 23 years of experience in the field of Pharmacy, IT consulting services. He with his strategic thinking and analyzing capabilities made clients understand the gap they facing in their project execution and got them resolved by providing accurate and timely consultancy services in the form of resources onsite or based on budget and efforts outsourcing them to offshore. Venkat holds a Masters degree in computers, from India and Masters in Project Management from Canada. Certified Software Testing Professional from Canada. Venkat loves spending free time listening to music and is fond of cooking.

Kash has combined his people skills, academic record, financial, sales and marketing experience to establish a successful financial support business through which he has spent the last 7 years providing financial guidance, risk management services and mortgages.
